Chymey Shipping Policy

Chymey has multiple delivery partners to fulfill order throughout India. We primarily ship online orders through Delhivery. Bulk orders are shipped via FEDEX and GATI.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout. All available shipping options for your mentioned address will reflect during checkout. Kindly select the most suitable shipping option.

We deliver throughout India. However, due to certain restrictions certain pincodes might be unserviceable. In such cases, we will inform the contact person mentioned in the order. We will refund all amounts for such orders.

Orders are shipped on the next working day. Based on IST (Indian Standard Time). We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays.

You will receive a shipping information via email, containing your tracking details.

Please note that orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

International Shipping:

We ship International to most countries.

International Orders are shipped through Delhivery. Delhivery may hand over the shipment to USPS or any other shipping partner they have tied up with the local delivery service.

International orders delivery might take a few extra days due to COVID restrictions in certain countries.

All local duties and taxes need to be paid by the customer at their own customs.
